Siegrist-Orel relies on APC for time-critical nationwide deliveries

Siegrist-Orel relies on APC Overnight for next day nationwide deliveries to its wide range of customers in the aerospace, rail military/defence, electronics/communications, medical and power/utilities sectors. Courier services were switched to APC Overnight so that the company could benefit from reliable collections and deliveries, and work with a local depot that would value its business. This system also tracks parcels from collection to delivery, returning proof-of-delivery that can also be emailed to clients to show when the parcel was delivered and who signed for it.
“The booking system is very easy to use and saves us a lot of time. It produces manifests automatically and we don’t need a separate labelling system for the routing labels. The tracking is very useful and helps us to answer delivery queries quickly. In addition, the local depot supplies us with label consumables and courier packs free of charge, which reduces our packaging costs and is better for the environment,” adds Natasha Couzins.
