Multiglow uses an advanced web service (NetDespatch Velocity) supplied by APC Overnight for booking parcel collections and tracking the consignments to their customers.
“The web booking system that APC Overnight provides to its customers is very easy to use and saves a lot of paperwork and admin time. We can quickly book each parcel onto the system, which creates the manifest automatically. Although the system is able to print our shipping labels, the depot prints and attaches the labels to the consignments, which helps to streamline our fulfilment process. We use the system to monitor deliveries through the APC Overnight network, which also tells us when they were delivered and who signed for them,” adds Sally Jones.
